Option 1 – CPR & AED Certification + Added Skills

Includes:

• CPR for Adults, Child and Infants
• AED use for all ages (we can demonstrate your facility’s specific AED model)
• Rescue breathing with barrier devices
• Choking relief for all ages, including self-rescue
• 2-year CPR & AED Certification
• Added Skills Section:
• Severe bleeding control (direct pressure & tourniquet use)
• EpiPen administration
• Narcan use

Note: This is not a full First Aid certification course but includes valuable add-on emergency skills.

Option 2 – Blended CPR, AED & First Aid Training

🕒Flexible learning: Online modules + 1.5–2 hour in-person skills session

Perfect for busy workplaces and schools!
Participants complete the interactive online modules at their own pace, followed by an on-site skills check with a certified instructor.

Covers the full First Aid curriculum, including:

• CPR for adults, children, and infants
• AED use and choking relief
• Bleeding control with direct pressure and tourniquet use
• Allergic reactions and poisoning
• Heart attack, stroke, and diabetic emergencies
• Environmental emergencies (heat/cold exposure, bites/stings)
• Burns
• Certification: 2-year CPR, AED & First Aid Certification

Option 3 – Full In-Person CPR, AED & First Aid Training

• Traditional classroom format — perfect for hands-on learners or organizations that prefer a group experience.
• Includes all First Aid curriculum topics from Option 2:
