Step 2. Compete the eLearning PRIOR to the in-person skills session. Compete at your own pace!

Step 3. Schedule and complete the IN-PERSON hands-on skills session.

Program Highlights:

  1. Teacher and Staff Training: Empower your teaching and administrative staff with a holistic approach to emergency response. Our blended training covers adult, child, and infant CPR, AED usage, and essential first aid techniques. This comprehensive curriculum ensures that your staff is well-prepared to handle a range of emergencies, from cardiac events to injuries.
  2. Student Empowerment: Foster a culture of safety and responsibility among students by incorporating first aid training into the program. Our age-appropriate curriculum teaches students not only CPR and AED usage but also fundamental first aid skills, such as wound care and basic injury management.
  3. Comprehensive Curriculum: Our AHA-approved training program adheres to the latest guidelines in cardiovascular care and first aid. Participants will learn to recognize the signs of cardiac emergencies, administer CPR and use AEDs, as well as gain crucial skills in providing immediate first aid in various situations.
  4. Blended Learning Approach: Recognizing the busy schedules of educators and students, we offer a blended learning approach. This includes online modules that participants can complete at their own pace, followed by hands-on, instructor-led sessions. This flexibility ensures that the training fits seamlessly into the school’s calendar.

Benefits for Teachers, Staff, and Students:

  1. Increased Preparedness: Teachers and staff will gain the confidence to respond swiftly and effectively in the critical moments following a cardiac event. Students, too, will develop a sense of responsibility and readiness to act in emergency situations.
  2. Certification from AHA: Upon completion, everyone will receive a 2 year AHA CPR, AED & First Aid certification.
  3. Community Safety: By investing in blended training for teachers, staff, and students, your school community becomes a safer and more prepared environment. This commitment to safety extends beyond the school, positively impacting the broader community.
